Programs Used: Procreate for Ipad

Harry Styles is one of my favorite musical artists. When he released his album, Harry's House, my brain was filled with ideas for stickers. The process behind these stickers was to make icons that clearly reference the names of the songs on the album.

 

For "Love of my Life", while I was listening to the song, I clearly saw in my head a fountain because I think fountains are very romantic structures. I researched different types and went for a classic one rather than a modern one. Then, I had the idea of having little hearts flowing in the water to show the feeling of love.  "Late Night Talking" was my favorite design to do. The song is about Harry talking to his lover late at night. I liked the idea of drawing a phone to draw on the idea of late-night, long distance calls. It was more aesthetically pleasing to draw a rotary phone instead of a smartphone because smartphones are more angular. I didn't want the piece to have a pointed feeling. The rotary phone has round forms and organic shapes which helps the piece feel softer.
